Refund Policy
This refund policy is written specifically for digital goods sold on ZAOX.ai, including downloadable assets, prompt products, and subscription access.
Digital download policy
ZAOX.ai sells digital goods, including downloadable creative assets and prompt products. Because these items are delivered instantly and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods, all sales are generally final once the product has been accessed or downloaded.
This policy specifically applies to digital downloads, prompt packs, and any files unlocked through a subscription or one-time purchase.
When a refund may be approved
We review refund requests for duplicate charges, failed delivery, corrupted files, materially incorrect product descriptions, or technical issues that prevent access and cannot be resolved by our team in a reasonable timeframe.
If your issue qualifies, contact us within 7 days of purchase with your order email, product name, and a short description of the problem so we can review it quickly.
Subscriptions
Subscription renewals are billed automatically until cancelled. You can cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing date to avoid another charge.
Refunds for subscription renewals are handled case by case, especially when there is duplicate billing, an access failure, or another clear billing error.
Non-refundable situations
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases made without reviewing the product description, or situations where the files have already been successfully delivered and the product matches its listing.
We also do not provide refunds for inability to use a file caused by unsupported third-party software, lack of required tools, or workflow preferences that were not stated in the product description.
