ZAOX.ai provides digital creative assets, prompt packs, and subscription-based access to premium downloads for designers, creatives, and studios. By accessing the website or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the site or complete a purchase.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, or activity that threatens the platform or other users.

All products sold through ZAOX.ai are digital goods. When you purchase or unlock an asset, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the downloaded files for your own personal or commercial projects, subject to any product-specific restrictions.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, leak, or publish the original files, prompt packs, or downloads as standalone products, whether free or paid.

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Prices, taxes, invoices, renewals, and payment processing are handled during checkout through Lemon Squeezy.

Subscription access remains active for the paid billing period. If a subscription is cancelled, access to future renewals stops, but previously granted access remains available only for the period already paid for, unless otherwise stated in the plan details.

You agree not to use the site or any assets in a way that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, or intended to bypass access controls, watermarking, gated delivery, or platform security.

You also agree not to use purchased assets or prompts to create competing libraries that redistribute the source materials or derivative packs that substantially reproduce the value of the original product.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with the updated version published on the site.
